We have created the UBB Family Business initiative to support family-owned companies in their generational continuity. After nearly 30 years of successful private business in Bulgaria today many family-owned businesses entrust the ownership and management to the next generation of managers. Our mission is to facilitate such a transition, while using the knowledge, good practices, and experience of KBC Group on the international market.
UBB NextGEN Academy supports young entrepreneurs who take over the management of family-owned companies and are already actively involved in decision-making. In a series of seminars and lectures on hot topics we meet fresh managers with experts in domains important to businesses. We build a shared community of young people, who exchange knowledge among one another in terms of the challenges of managing family-owned companies.
