Paid Zone Parking service

3. This Service is accessible after login into UBB Mobile and choosing the Paid Zone Parking functionality. It is advisable to activate the location access service on the device, used by the Customer for the Service, as well as to activate the functionality for receiving PUSH notifications in UBB Mobile (for the purposes of receiving PUSH notifications pursuant to the procedure of Item 9 of these Terms), as otherwise the information about the status of the service will be accessible only after login into UBB Mobile, while the town and the relevant zone for paid parking shall have to be selected manually by the Customer. In all cases, the Customer shall have to determine and be responsible for his/her choice of a Vehicle’s location, the need to park in a paid zone and the value of the Payment for a Paid Zone Parking service, before making a Payment for a Paid Zone Parking service pursuant to the procedure of Item 4, respectively of Item 6 of these Terms. 4. Before making a Payment for a Paid Zone Parking service, the Customer shall have to enter the registration plate number of the Vehicle – what should be entered is only capital letters in Latin script and Arabic numerals, corresponding to the registration plate number of the Vehicle in its certificate of registration. The Customer shall be held responsible for the authenticity of the data, entered by him/her and shall select a duration for a Paid Zone Parking service for a particular Vehicle. The amount due for the selected Paid Zone Parking period shall be calculated automatically, depending on the town and the terms and conditions for the Paid Zone Parking service. Having selected an account in Bulgarian leva (BGN), from which a Payment for a Paid Zone Parking service can be made and clicking on the Confirm button, the device screen will display information about the zone, town, registration plate number, Vehicle name and brand (if the Customer has entered such Vehicle name and brand), parking duration, account from which a Payment for a Paid Zone Parking service will be made and the payment amount. By clicking on the „Sign“ button, the Customer shall give an instruction to the Bank for effecting a Payment for aPaid Zone Parking service, by debiting the account, selected by the Customer with the value of the selected parking duration in the relevant zone. Upon wrongfully entered data, the amount paid for a Paid Zone Parking service shall not be refunded. Payment shall be effected only if the amount to be paid is up to the amount of the disposable balance in the account, selected by the Customer. 5. Having given the instruction, concerning Payment for Paid Zone Parking, UBB Mobile shall provide information to the Customer about the payment status, as follows: 5.1. Successful Paid Zone Parking payment, with information about: Zone, town, registration plate number, Vehicle name and brand (only if such have been entered) and precise expiry time of the Paid Zone Parking period. 5.2. Unsuccessful Paid Zone Parking payment, by stating the reason. Upon unsuccessful payment, the Customer shall be responsible for paying the amount of a Paid Zone Parkingservice for the respective Vehicle through another channel, offered by the relevant municipality, as the Bank shall not be held liable for paying such amount, nor shall it be liable for damage, sustained by the Customer as a result of the non-payment. 6. This Service provides an opportunity for the Customer to extend the duration of an already successfully paid Zone Parking service through clicking on the „Extend“ button. This button will be active only if there is a possibility to extend the duration of a Paid Zone Parking service for the particular Vehicle. After clicking on the “Extend” button, data will be visualized on the device screen concerning the zone, town, registration plate number, Vehicle name and brand, (if the Customer has entered such), time period to be paid for and an account, from which the initial payment for a Paid Zone Parking service has been made. Upon paying for extending the duration of a Paid Zone Parking service, the Customer has the option to change the period to be paid for and the account, from which the payment to be made. The payment shall be made pursuant to the procedure and the prerequisites, stated in Item 4 of these Terms. 7. This Service provides an opportunity for the Customer to save a profile of the Vehicle, for which he/she makes Paid Zone Parking payments, as the option for saving a template has been included as a default option, with a possibility to be deactivated. The Profile contains the following attributes: A Vehicle’s registration plate number (mandatory attribute) and a Vehicle’s name and brand (nonmandatory attributes). The data from the Vehicle’s profile are stored in the centralized service of the National Card and Payment Scheme with Borica AD – Blink Api Gateway. 8. This Service provides the Customer with the opportunity to make a check for active Paid Zone Parking services through UBB Mobile, containing information about the zone, town, registration plate number, Vehicle’s name and brand (if the Customer has entered such) and an accurate expiry time of the Paid Zone Parking service. 9. This Service provides an opportunity for the Customer to receive the following PUSH notifications, linked to the Service and the Status of the Paid Zone Parking service, on condition that he/she has activated in UBB Mobile and has enabled in his/her mobile device settings the option for receiving them: 9.1. Forthcoming expiry of a Paid Zone Parking service, with the possibility for extending it pursuant to the procedure of Item 6 of the Terms; 9.2. Expired Paid Zone Parking service.

10. The Bank shall not be held liable for wrongfully entered data by the Customer, concerning a Vehicle’s registration plate number, nor for the made choice by the Customer as to the paid parking zone or the parking duration. The amount, paid by the Customer for a Paid Zone Parking service shall not be subject to refund, notwithstanding the error/errors made by the Customer and shall be borne by the latter. 11. The Bank shall not be held liable for the impossibility to render the Service, when such impossibility has occurred due to extraordinary and unforeseeable circumstances, beyond the Bank’s control. 12. In line with rendering the Paid Zone Parking service through UBB Mobile (Blink parking) it is possible that the Bank may process a limited set of personal data of customers - users of the mobile banking app and/or personal data of third parties, provided by customers of UBB Mobile. The personal data is being processed in full compliance with the requirements of the currently effective local and European legislation on the protection of personal data for the purposes of the particular service. 13. Upon abiding by the stipulations in these Terms, the Customer shall be entitled to also use the Service in favour of third persons, whose data, namely a Vehicle’s registration plate number, the Customer provides voluntarily for the purpose of using the Service in favour of that third person, while stating that he/she lawfully processes the data of such third persons while observing the requirements of the currently effective local and European legislation, as well as that he/she has informed such third persons that their data shall be provided to the Bank for the purposes of using the Service. The Customer shall beheld liable for the lawful provision, authenticity and accuracy of the processed data, including, but not limited to in case of eventual claims by third parties regarding the unlawful processing of the data, provided to the Bank. A prerequisite for using the Service shall be the provision of the submitted by the Customer registration plate numbers of third persons – participants in the payment process for rendering the service - of which the Customer shall be deemed informed by accepting these Terms.

VI. FINAL PROVISIONS
