If you have:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital technologies, virtual assistants/chatbots, or IT/product roles.
• Practical experience in conversation design, creating dialogue flows, and working with NLP/NLU systems.
• Solid understanding of Agile, KANBAN, and LEAN methodologies.
• Excellent command of English, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High computer literacy and good knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Good knowledge in Python
• Excellent knowledge in LLMs
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
