We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our team as a Chief Expert/Senior expert in Planning within the Finance Directorate.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive the 3‑year budgeting cycle end-to-end, ensuring full alignment with approved KBC Group rules, while orchestrating cross-functional input across all business units to deliver a high-quality plan on time.
• Own the story behind the numbers — lead the preparation of Management and
• Supervisory reporting and deliver country-level management reporting on the financial performance of KBC Group companies in Bulgaria.
• Bring market perspective to decision-making by preparing benchmark and peer analyses across the banking sector, highlighting performance drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Be a true finance business partner: use your strong commercial understanding in preparation of deep dive business analysis.
• Participate in Extended Forecasts and quarterly estimates, tracking performance and clearly explaining results vs. original budget.
• Drive simplification and automation to boost speed, quality and continuous improvement across processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or other position in economics (e.g. Statistic)
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken), experience with databases is a plus
• Very good computer competences – MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Power BI);
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills;
• Previous experience in a bank or audit company is considered as an advantage
