We are looking for a professional who can strengthen our great HR team and who will be involved with the following:
MAIN CHALLENGES:
• Organise the recruitment and selection process for new employees
• Communicates with candidates, schedules interviews, prepares interview timetable, provides feedback on selection results
• Organises and conducts various types of tests with job candidates
• Responsible for the maintenance of a database with information on candidates
• Participates in career forums and employer brand development initiatives
• Prepares periodic reports and analyses
THE SUCCESSFULCANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
• Graduate or final year student in Human Resource Management, Psychology or other relevant field
• Very good command of English (written and spoken)
• Computer literacy (excellent knowledge of MS Office)
• Willingness to learn new knowledge and skills quickly
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
