Your role will be:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients in the Production Agriculture sector.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with customers by maintaining regular contact and gaining a deep understanding of their business development, financial performance and banking needs.
- Research existing and prospective clients, monitor market developments and identify new business opportunities.
- Attract new customers by presenting the Bank’s products, services and competitive advantages, while maximizing cross-selling opportunities across different products and segments.
- Prepare tailored offers, credit applications and financial analyses in cooperation with credit analysts.
- Present business proposals to the relevant Credit Committees and oversee the entire approval and execution process until successful deal completion.

You are the right candidate if:
- You hold a university degree in Finance, Banking, International Business, Business Administration or a related field.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Corporate Banking.
- You possess strong sales, presentation and relationship management skills.
- You have strong analytical, financial and deal structuring capabilities, as well as very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You are able to prioritize effectively, work under tight deadlines and collaborate successfully within a team.
