Your role will be:

• Organise the recruitment and selection process for new employees
• Communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, prepare interview timetables and provide feedback on selection results
• Organise and conduct various types of tests with job candidates
• Maintain and update the candidate database
• Participate in career forums and employer branding initiatives
• Prepare periodic reports and analyses

You are the right candidate if:

• Graduate or final year student in Human Resource Management, Psychology or other relevant field
• Very good command of English (written and spoken)
• Computer literacy (excellent knowledge of MS Office)
• Willingness to learn new knowledge and skills quickly
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
