Your role will be:

• Create and configure online banking user profiles for business clients. 
  Set up, distribute and manage access credentials and authentication tools for digital banking channels. 
• Support branches with queries and issues related to online banking. 
• Monitor alerts generated by the digital banking fraud prevention system and, where necessary, contact clients to carry out additional checks and confirm payments. 
• Assist with complaints and requests received through the Contact Centre and branch network, as needed. 
• Support payroll file uploads and processing, and liaise with clients on queries arising during the processing of foreign currency transfers initiated through online banking. 
   

You are the right candidate if:

• A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or economics. Students working towards a degree are also welcome to apply. 
• Experience in a financial institution—an advantage. 
• Good computer literacy and digital skills. 
• The ability to solve a variety of problems, work collaboratively and perform under pressure. 
• Customer service skills. 
• Strong communication skills. 
• English language skills—an advantage.
