UBB is seeking a talented and dynamic Regular Angular Developer to join our IT Delivery team

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on professional experience with Angular 17+/18+/19 (preferably Angular 19)
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and responsive web design
• Familiarity with RxJS and reactive programming concepts
• Experience working with REST APIs and integrating backend services
• Understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI development
• Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows
• Security- and compliance‑aware development practices, including sensitive data handling and redaction
• Familiarity with resilience patterns such as retries, timeouts
• Ability to write high‑quality, maintainable, and testable code
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Proven problem‑solving abilities
• Good command of English, written and spoken
• University degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with NET (.NET 10.0) / C# backend development
• Knowledge of Microfrontend architecture.
• Experience with Native Federation or Module Federation.
• Familiarity with PrimeNG, Tailwind CSS, or similar UI libraries.
• Experience with unit and integration testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitLab.
• Previous experience in the financial or banking domain
• Experience working on enterprise‑scale systems
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Basic knowledge of state management principles (NgRx experience is an advantage)
   

The main responsibilities for the position are to:

• Contribute to the development of applications within a microfrontend ecosystem and shared frontend platform in line with clean architecture principles for modern online banking solution
• Develop and maintain modern web applications using Angular and TypeScript
• Implement new business functionalities according to functional and technical requirements.
• Create responsive, user-friendly, and reusable UI components.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards and best practices.
• Contribute to improving application performance, quality, and maintainability.
• Support the continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices.
• Ensure secure, compliant, and resilient implementations, following best practices for data protection and fault tolerance
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end solutions
• Actively take part in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support iterative delivery
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of developed functionalities by acting as 3rd‑level support, driving deep technical analysis, resolving complex production issues, and implementing long‑term fixes and improvements
