Consumer loan from UBB with a variable interest rate of 4.25%* upon the stated parameters and valid for loan applications, submitted at a branch of the Bank:

·        For loans in Bulgarian leva (BGN), with amount ranging from BGN 30 000 up to BGN 120 000, which are not intended for refinancing of loans in UBB;

·        Tenor up to 120 months**;

·        Upon payroll to an account with UBB and use of the payment package "For Salary", including a current account, in which the loan will be serviced.

Provision of financing requires approval of the loan on the part of the Bank after review of the Borrower’s creditworthiness.

Representative example:

Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 4.67% upon a consumer loan of BGN 50 000 and a tenor of 120 months, a variable interest rate of 4.25%* with a monthly installment amount of BGN 512.19 and total amount due of BGN 62 320.52. Calculations include a monthly maintenance fee of BGN 4.40 for the For Salary payment package and a fee for survey and handling of documents in the amount of BGN 330. It has been assumed that the loan has been immediately and fully utilized and the interest, as well as the indicated costs remain unchanged as compared to their original amount and shall apply until the expiry of the specified tenor.

*The variable interest rate has been calculated as a sum total of a fixed margin and a Reference Interest Rate /RIR/ of UBB for consumer loans equaling 0.25%. The up-to-date RIR amount and the Methodology for RIR Calculation and Amendment of UBB are available on the Bank’s website.
