The expansion of the branch network has begun in mid 2001. In 2002 Raiffeisenbank opened 19 offices in the country.

Since April 2003 Raiffesenbank (Bulgaria) offers consumer loans for the retail customers. The loans are up to 30 000 leva with the maximum term of 10 years.

70 children would receive Christmas and News Year presents on a special ceremony arranged by the Ministry.

85 children of deceased employees of the Ministry of Defense would receive the money donated by the bank.

The Chairman of the Management Board of the bank is Mr. Johann Jonach and the Deputy Chairman – Mr. Momtchil Andreev.

During December another BGN 40 million are expected for disbursement. This makes Raiffeisenbank one of the biggest financiers in the Bulgarian market.
