Until 15.07.2014 UBB offers promotional interest rates of up to 6.00% for new mortgage loans

UBB has extended the period of its promotional offer with interest rates of up to 6.00% for new mortgage loansin BGN and EUR for the following purposes: residential purchase, home improvement, furnishing, construction and completion works, secured with payroll or regular proceeds in a “Comfort” account with the bank.
The bank’s promotional terms and conditions are valid for all new mortgage loan types until 15.07.2014 and include the following preferential terms with regard to the Bank’s fees.

0% fee for prepayment with own funds

2 times lower preferential loan drawdown fee upon payroll and “Comfort” package“
The offered 6.00% interest rate for UBB mortgage loans in BGN and EUR is valid also for refinancing of an existing mortgage loan with another bank at 0% drawdown fee and an option for providing of additional funds.
UBB gives its clients an opportunity to obtain pre-approval of the loan amount prior to choosing the property that they would like to buy.
The maximum amount of residential purchase mortgage loans is BGN500 000 or EUR 250 000 for a maximum repayment term of 35 years.
