Effective from September 1, UBB launches the short code *7171 for subscribers of mobile networks. In this way the bank opens one more channel for communication, through which clients will be able to make their inquiries in a fast, easy, convenient and cost-saving manner.

 

The short code can be dialled by all subscribers of Bulgarian mobile network operators and calls will be charged as made within the mobile network and according to the client’s mobile phone plan.

 

The phone number can be used not only by individuals, but also by representatives of business clients, utilizing the UBB e-banking service, by merchants and partners under the Bank’s card settlement operations.

 

The access to the phone number depends only on the mobile operator’s coverage in the respective town or village. UBB’s Customer Service Center will be answering your queries, as follows:
