Since March 11, the annual interest rate for new residential purchase mortgage loans is 7,5% in euro.

 

United Bulgarian Bank introduced lower interest rates for new mortgage loans for purchase of residential real estate in local currency and in euro. The new annual interest rate for a mortgage loan in euro is 7,50% and in BGN – 8,50% for clients with payroll and “Utility Bills Payment” service through UBB.

 

The Bank provides financing to its clients for purchase of residential real estate via mortgage loan for a maximum tenor of 35 years and for up to 250 000 euro or BGN 500 000. In addition, UBB offers its potential clients an insurance package with “Property” and ‘Life” protection coverage.
