During the holidays our Customer Service Centre will be answering your queries, as follows: from 24.12.2014 until 27.12.2014 inclusive, within business hours from 09.00 until 17.00 h.
Upon need to block either a lost or a stolen card you may call the above stated telephone numbers at any time. In case your attempts prove unsuccessful you may also contact us through our feedback option here.
We remind you that during the non-business days you can utilize your bank cards and perform operations at ATMs, POS terminals in commercial sites, as well as upon purchases and payments in the Internet.
