Since 1 November UBB business clients can request online, via their e-banking profile, cancellation of a made payment, amendment or supplement to FX fund transfer instructions, as well as cash withdrawal at a branch teller. This service can be used by launching e-banking in active operations mode, choosing e-Documents menu and then opening e-Requests submenu.

Also, a specialized reports menu enables clients to check their submitted requests’ status and chronology.
