The Supervisory Board of Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD has appointed Dobromir Dobrev as new member of the bank’s Management Board to be responsible of Corporate Banking. Raiffeisenbank’s Management Board will consist of 6 members – Momtchil Andreev as chairperson, and Ani Angelova, Dobromir Dobrev, Evelina Miltenova, Monika Fuernsinn and Tzenka Petkova.

Dobromir Dobrev has taken up the functions of Nadezhda Mihailova, who is continuing her career outside of Raiffeisenbank.

Mr. Dobromir Dobrev joined the Raiffeisen Group in 2003, and in 2005 was appointed Head of the Corporate Banking department – middle market. Since 2006 he has been CEO and Managing Director of Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria OOD.

Dobromir Dobrev has a master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of “St. Kliment Ohridski” University of Sofia. Mr. Dobrev is fluent in English and German. He is married and has one child.

The appointment of Mr. Dobrev is due for approval by the Bulgarian National Bank and for enlisting in the Trade Register at the Registry Agency.
