The access to your online and mobile banking has been restored

Hereby we inform you that the access to your online and mobile banking, which has been temporarily unavailable due to performed technical maintenance, has been restored.
Upon login to CIBANK Online through the web version or through the mobile browser version, you may see a message on the screen, reading that your products have been transferred to the systems of UBB. You should go through a process of setting a new login password for access to the online banking of UBB (UOnline), as well as validation of your mobile phone number. In case you have logged in through the mobile application CIBANK Mobile, you will be redirected to the above described procedure through the mobile browser version. In both cases you need to follow the detailed instructions, in order to successfully finalize the process. After that you will use UOnline as the only online banking platform of the United Bank.
