Martin Pytlik is the New Member of Raiffeisenbank’s Management Board

The Supervisory Board of Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD has appointed Martin Pytlik as the new member of the Management Board and Executive Director, responsible of Risk and Finances. Raiffeisenbank’s Management Board will consist Oliver Roegl as Chairperson, and Tzenka Petkova, Ani Angelova, Evelina Miltenova, Dobromir Dobrev and Martin Pytlik.
Mr. Pytlik came to Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) from Raiffeisеn Bank Hungary. He has more than 25 years of banking experience in the areas of crediting and risk management, thereof 15 years in CEE. He has worked as Chief Risk Officer at Raiffeisеn Bank Hungary and Tatra banka, Slovak subsidiary of Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI). He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Bamberg/Germany. Mr. Pytlik is fluent in German, English, Slovak, Czech.
Martin Pytlik has taken up the functions of Monika Ruch as a CRO, who is continuing her career in Raiffeisen Bank International.
Mr. Pytlik’s appointment has been approved by the Bulgarian National Bank and is entered in the Commercial Register of the Registry Agency.
