The National Career Days, held on 6-th April at Millennium Hotel, was a long-awaited event for us, not only because of meeting new and interesting candidates, but also due to our innovative and non-standard presence with the new VR game. Together with our dedicated colleagues from Human Resource Management Directorate and the indispensable support of our Branch Network colleague - Kristiyan Kostov, Branch Manager of Sveta Sofia Branch, who presented to the career event attendees firsthand experience on the specifics of working in the banking and insurance sphere, as well as the newcomer among us - the VR game, we triggered an even bigger interest in the KBC Group and its job offers.

The contestants in the virtual run of our career tower - our Head Office building, the Millennium Centre, stood out with huge motivation and zest. Tenths of new career seekers and lovers of new technologies got acquainted with our values, why are we First, what our advantages are, information about the departments in UBB and DZI, as well as career opportunities with us. The challenge turned out to be not that easy for all, but people quickly got used to the new reality and were amazed at the view from our 24-th floor.

It did not take long for our memorable presence to bear fruit and the KBC Group won recognition among the rest of the companies. This gave us an opportunity to make many new acquaintances and meet future potential colleagues. Our hosts from JobTiger registered attendance of nearly 1800 people at the event.

Proper involvement of the VR game will be also available at our next career events. Anybody can join us. This is a one-of-a-kind experience.
