Its enhancement requires implementation of innovative and modern technology solutions, which brings changes in the requirements for software compatibility of the device on which the app has been installed.

This is to inform you that effective from the month of September the required minimum version of the iOS operating system, concerning the download of new versions of the UBB Mobile app, is being changed from iOS 15 to iOS 16.

If your device uses a version lower than iOS 16, you will be able to continue using UBB Mobile with its current functionality, however going forward you will not be able to receive application updates.
