Raiffeisenbank launches Open Days of housing loans, during which the clients can take advantage of the new promotional offer for a mortgage loan. Documents of clients requesting for a mortgage loan until June 30, 2014 will be processed free of charge. During the promotion new borrowers are exempt from commissions of absorption, engagement, and loan management. Additional preference for clients within the promotion is that they will not owe a fee for early repayment of house loan.

The offered housing loans have a fixed interest rate for the first year, and for the remaining period the interest rate is formed based on market indices - SOFIBOR for loans in BGN and EURIBOR for loans in EUR with the principle of Raiffeisenbank to apply transparent interest rate terms. The maximum repayment term of the mortgage loan is 30 years, as the maximum granted amount by Raiffeisenbank is up to BGN 400 000/ EUR 200 000.

In the Days of housing loans from 19 to 31 May 2014 15 offices of the bank across the country that are involved in the campaign will work with extended working hours. 11 offices in Sofia and one in Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Stara Zagora will work till 7:00 pm. During the days of housing loans the bank experts will consult for free those who wish to take out a mortgage loan for the most advantageous and convenient payment plan for them.
