UBB Interlease launches a partnership with еPay AD to provide its clients with new channels for repayment of liabilities
09 March 2020
Since the beginning of March UBB Interlease offers to its clients new methods of payment of their lease contract liabilities, as a result of the partnership with ePay AD, operator of the ePay.bg system and the payment institution EasyPay AD. UBB Interlease, as a part of the Belgian KBC Group and the largest bank-insurance group in Bulgaria, sets convenience and speed at the core of its corporate strategy to become the market benchmark when it comes to servicing its clients.
Along with the traditional repayment methods, the lease company’s clients can now take advantage of the following solutions: payments through the ePay.bg electronic payments system; through online or mobile banking of a client’s servicing bank and on site at EasyPay offices across the country.
For repayments through the ePay.bg electronic payments system clients should register their lease contract numbers at www.epay.bg. Repayment of current liabilities can be made via a Micro Account or through a bank card, registered in the platform.
To use the online or mobile banking clients should register their lease contract numbers in the respective online or mobile banking platform of their servicing bank. Through the technical connection between the servicing bank and the ePay.bg electronic payment system clients can pay their current liabilities under their lease contracts.
Clients can also pay their lease contract liabilities in cash on site at their most convenient EasyPay office, numbering more than 2500 locations across the country.
“During this anniversary year for UBB Interlease, marking 25 years of successful activity on the Bulgarian market, the option to use diverse methods for repayment of lease contract liabilities is one of a series of innovations, which we have planned for our clients. A large part of our main goals for the year are solutions, aimed to facilitate as much as possible our clients during their interaction with our company”, commented on the innovations Rudolf Kypta, Chief Executive Officer of UBB Interlease.
“We closely monitor our clients’ behaviour. Undoubtedly, they prefer fast, convenient and easy solutions - in a perfect scenario such, which they are already using or that build upon another service, which they are used to. With this consecutive wave of innovations we save our clients’ time”, shared Peter Andronov, Country Manager of KBC Group for Bulgaria.
At the beginning of the year UBB Interlease announced itself as the first lease company on the Bulgarian market with remote signing of lease contracts through a mobile application.
