To make it easier for its clients UBB, part of the KBC Group, launches a fully remote process for applying, signing and drawdown of consumer loans. While staying comfortably in their homes, without the need to visit a branch of the Bank, clients can now obtain a desired amount for the fulfillment of their plans.
The consumer loan fully remote process goes without a credit assessment fee upon having the documents signed in an electronic manner. UBB accepts remote signing of documents only via the secure environment, defined by the Bank and with a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES).
Consumer loans can be of amounts, ranging from BGN 500 to BGN 55 000, as there is a possibility to also apply for loans up to BGN 70 000.
You can request a consumer loan in a fully remote manner quickly and easily with just a few clicks also via the UBB Mobile app, through the Bank’s website or at a video meeting with a UBB consultant. In case the user is not yet a client of UBB and of UBB Mobile, he/she may become such for the first time in a fully digital way and draw down the approved loan amount through a highly facilitated process, without visiting a branch of the Bank.
„We are aware of our responsibility in a changing environment, requiring us to provide new and versatile digital solutions to our clients. Over the last months we have filled the digital dimension of our products with much more content and usability. Consumer loans remain one of the most frequently used banking services and for exactly that reason we have made efforts to ensure a fully remote process of maximum ease - from the moment of applying until loan drawdown. The multiple digital channels for interaction, created by us, are the new points of contact between us and our clients and we monitor their use with particular attention and invest in their development“, commented Peter Andronov, Chief Executive Officer of UBB and Country Manager of KBC Group for Bulgaria.
