New lower interest rates for mortgage loans are offered from Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD to its clients. Starting November 29th 2004, the interests rates for housing loans and loans for reparations, reconstructions and finishing works are as it follows:

• For EURO – 7.50 % – 9.60 % p.a.
• For BGN – 8.50% – 10.90% p.a.
• For USD – 7.30% – 10.35% p.a.

The interests are defined according to the duration of the re-payment period.

The bank finances up to 80% of the market cost of the mortgaged property, with 12 month grace period.

The new mortgage loans conditions of Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD include also new re-payment scheme. Clients have the opportunity to choose between re-payment of the loan amount in equal month annuity payments, in decreasing payments or with an individual re-payment plan.
