Since April 2003 Raiffesenbank (Bulgaria) offers consumer loans for the retail customers. The loans are up to 30 000 leva with the maximum term of 10 years.

With its consumer loans program Raiffeisenbank offers free life insurance and debit card.

Collateral

The loans up to 7000 leva are secures by guarantors, while the loans up to 30 000 leva - by mortgage on real estate or pledge on cash or pledge on Bulgarian Government Bonds.

Term

Te minimun term for the consumers loans with Raiffesenbank is one year. Te maximum term for the loans secured by guarantors is five years and for the loans secured by mortgage on real estate or pledge on cash - 10 years.

Interest rate

The bank offers an interest rate based on the collateral of the loan. For the loans secured with personal guarantee the rate is 14.50% p.a. and for the loans secured with mortgage - 13.50% p.a.
