Raiffeisenbank to train employees under EU-financed project

Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD has won a new project for personnel training, which will be carried out with the financial support of the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” 2007-2013, co-financed by European Union’s European Social Fund.
The purpose of the project is to enhance the key competencies of the employees, which will boost customer service quality and the added value the clients receive when using bank products and services, as well as to improve the planning, organization and management of the bank’s operations.
“This is the second personnel training project under an EU program Raiffeisenbank has won. Under the first project, training was provided to 953 employees from the departments of risk management, card operations, small and mid-sized enterprises, loan administration, cash desks and from office, etc., which developed their efficient negotiation skills and improved customer quality service,” commented Borislav Popov, Procurator at Raiffeisenbank.
The second project to be carried out by Raiffeisenbank with the support of the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” 2007-2013, is valued at BGN 198 000. The training will include more than 700 people from different professional groups over a period of one year.
