Dear clients,

In line with the forthcoming payment of pensions and social benefits and the anticipated increased flow of clients to the branches of UBB we would like to inform you of the following:

• Over the period 07-10.04.2020 all branches of UBB, except for the temporary closed ones, will operate with business hours 8:30 – 17:00 h.
• All teller desks at the branches will operate, as there will be additional arrangements for having at least one teller desks dedicated to servicing the above-mentioned payment types.
• In order to ensure timely receipt of pensions or social benefits at teller desks we recommend, in case a client has a debit card that he/she should use the ATM, located in the branch. There will also be an employee at your disposal, who will assist you in the process.

We appeal that all clients with debit cards should use with priority the ATMs at their disposal. All ATMs will be replenished timely.

We continue working at UBB’s branch network while observing the requirements, issued by the National Crisis Headquarters and by the Ministry of Health for combating the coronavirus.
