In line with the forthcoming payment of pensions and social benefits and the anticipated increased flow of clients in the branches, UBB has made the following arrangements:

- Over the period 09-11.11.2020 all UBB branches are going to operate from 8:30 AM until 05:00 PM. Up-to-date information about the branch network of UBB is available here.

- A sufficient number of teller desks at branches will operate, as there will be additional arrangements made for having at least one teller desks dedicated for servicing the above-mentioned payment types.

- In order to ensure timely receipt of pensions or social benefits at teller desks we recommend, in case a client has a debit card, that he/she should use the ATM, located in the branch, or other UBB ATMs in the respective town.

- Regarding direct payments at commercial sites we recommend use of debit cards, as the payment at a POS terminal is free of charge. Purchases up to BGN 100 are being made without entering a PIN code.

We appeal to all clients, holders of issued debit cards, to use with priority the ATMs at their disposal. All ATMs will be replenished timely. Up-to-date information about the ATMs from the UBB network is available here. 

We, at UBB branch network, continue working while abiding by the guidelines and orders of the Ministry of Health, the Regional Health Inspectorates and those of the other competent authorities.
