This is to inform you that on September 22, Bulgaria’s Independence Day and an official public holiday, UBB branches will not be operating.  During the holiday and the weekend our Call Center will be answering your queries, as follows:

• 22.09.2017 (Friday) – from 09.00 AM until 06.00 PM;

• 23.09.2017 (Saturday) – from 09.00 AM until 06.00 PM;

• 24.09.2017 (Sunday) – day off;

If you need to block either a lost or a stolen card you may call the above stated telephone numbers at any time. . If you are a client of e-banking or our mobile application UMobile, you may use the card block/activate option, any time.

On 25 September 2017 (Monday) our branches and the Call Center will be operating within their usual business hours.

We remind you that during the non-business days you can use your bank cards and perform operations at all our ATMs, POS terminals in commercial sites, as well as upon purchases and payments in the Internet.
