This is to inform you that UBB AD introduces amendments to the General Terms on the Provision of Payment Services, Debit Cards and KBC Online Bulgaria to Legal Entities, which amendments will come into force as of 07.05.2023.

The amendments to the General Terms aim to further detail the terms and conditions for customer registration and identification, as well as the requirements to the empowering of third persons with rights to represent clients of the Bank and effect transactions on their accounts. The new rules aim at ensuring even greater convenience and security upon customer servicing.
