Change in the way of execution of bill payments for A1 subscribers

Dear clients,
Herewith we would like to inform you that as of 04.11.2019 Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD introducing changes in the execution of bill payments to A1.
Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD will continue to execute automatically payments to its existing customer - A1 customer subscribers to the provider, the change being in use of an intermediary to execute bill payments.
The change aims to improve the automatic payment of utility service offered so far and to give Raiffeisen ONLINE customers the ability to monitor and manage their bill payments and subscription plans via Raiffeisen ONLINE.
Current clients using the Utility Payments to A1 Service Provider, which are affected from the stated changes are entitled to inform in written form Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD at any Bank`s branch for their disagreement with the changes and to terminate their contracts for automatic payment of utilities without having to pay any expenses and / or other compensation commissions in reference to the termination.

- 0700 10 000 (Vivacom) – at the price of a city call
- 17 21 (A1 and Telenor) – with no increase of the fee
