Change in the way of execution of bill payments for subscribers of “Energo-Pro Sales” AD

Herewith we would like to inform you that, in connection with published on 04.11.2020 Notification for change of the way for execution of bill payments, as of September 2021, Raiffeisenbank is introducing changes in the execution of bill payments to the supplier “Energo-Pro Sales” AD.
Raiffeisenbank will continue to execute automatically payments of its existing customer – subscribers of “Energo-Pro Sales” AD through a new system for payment of utility bills, as the existing Contracts for automatic payment of utility services, concluded between the bank and the same, will be considered terminated as of 01 September 2021. The change aims to improve the automatic payment of utility service offered so far and to give Raiffeisen ONLINE and RaiMobile customers the ability to monitor and manage their bill payments and subscription plans via Raiffeisen ONLINE and RaiMobile.
We would like to inform you that the payment identifier to “Energo-Pro Sales” AD remains unchanged – Customer number in combination with Subscriber number (in the created subscription it will be seen as a digital combination “customer number.subscriber number”).
If you want to register a new subscriber number (another object) for payment to this provider, which Subscriber number is connected to the same Customer number, it is necessary to:
- Delete the created subscription (digital combination “customer number.subscriber number”);
- Create new subscription based on your 10-digit Customer Number in “Energo-Pro Sales” AD.
In this way you will pay all your obligations to “Energo-Pro Sales” AD for all objects associated with your Customer Number.
Current clients using the Utility Payments to Energo-Pro Sales AD, which are affected from the stated changes are entitled to inform in written form Raiffeisenbank at any bank`s branch for their disagreement with the changes, which will lead to termination of the automatic payment of utilities without having to pay any expenses and / or other compensation commissions in reference to the termination.
