Changes in the working hours and in the cut-off times for submitting and processing local and foreign currency payments at the end of the year

Dear Customers,
With regard to the annual closing, we would herewith like to inform you about changes in the cut-off times for submitting and processing local and foreign currency payments.
In regard with the normal closing of the last working day for the year, when planning your business engagements, please, bear in mind that on 30.12.2013 (Monday) the bank offices will service customers from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
Submitting and processing foreign currency payments
- Spot value date 30.12.2013 shall be applied to payments, submitted on 20.12.2013
- Spot value date 30.12.2013 shall be applied to payments, submitted on 21.12.2013
- Spot value date 02.01.2014 shall be applied to payments, submitted on 27.12.2013
- For payments in RUB - spot value 09.01.2014
- For payments in JPY - spot value 06.01.2014
- For payments in CHF - spot value 03.01.2014
- For payments in RON - spot value 03.01.2014
- Spot value date 03.01.2014 shall be applied to payments, submitted on 30.12.2013
- For payments in RUB - spot value 10.01.2014
- For payments in JPY - spot value 07.01.2014
- For payments in CHF - spot value 06.01.2014
- For payments in RON - spot value 06.01.2014
Cut-off time on 30.12.2013 for submitting foreign currency payment orders:
- On paper - 12:00 PM
- For receiving electronic ones – 12:30 PM
Submitting and processing local currency payments
- Cut-off time for submitting payment orders on paper for execution through BISERA and RINGS, value date 30.12.2013 – 11:00 AM
- Cut-off time for electronically ordered payments for execution through BISERA and RINGS, value date 30.12.2013 – 13:00 PM
- Intrabank payment orders on paper need to be submitted until 11:00 AM for execution on the same working day
- Electronically ordered Intrabank payments for execution on the same working day need to be received until 13:00 PM
Payments, ordered after the above indicated cut-off times will be executed on 02.01.2014.
