In line with changes in "General Terms and conditions for payment accounts and services, debit cards and Raiffeisen ONLINE for private individuals", announced on 15.07.2019, Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD informs you that as of 14.09.2019 Hardware Tokens for authorisation for active operations by Individuals at Raiffeisen ONLINE currently in use will be deactivated with respect to changes in the European Union Payment Services Directive PSD 2 Directive (EU) 2015/2366 and the Payment Services and Payment Systems Act (PSPSA).

After this date (14.09.2019), you will be able to authorise active transactions via SMS notification or via Software Token, which you can download from Google Play for Android or App Store for iOS. Both options will be completely free of charge and they can be activated without visiting bank's office.

Further information and detailed instructions on the procedures for switching to SMS notification or Software Token shall be announced on 14.09.2019.
