Please be informed that Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD has made changes to the General Terms and Conditions for Payment Accounts and Services, Debit Cards and Raiffeisen ONLINE for individuals and to the General Terms and Conditions for Payment Accounts and Services, Contactless Debit Cards and Raiffeisen ONLINE for individuals (hereinafter “the General Terms”), that shall enter into force for new customers as of 27.07.2015 and for our existing customers as of  27.09.2015. All existing customers who disagree with the changes are entitled prior to 27.09.2015 to inform in writing their disagreement in any branch of the Bank and to terminate their contracts without having to pay any expenses and/or compensation in relation to the termination.

The changes in the General Terms introduce requirements to authorization of third persons with rights to operate with a client’s bank account. The new rules are aimed to provide even higher protection in servicing our clients and minimizing the risks of wrongful acts.

In view of the above Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD cordially invite all existing customers who have authorized third parties for opening, closing and/or operating with their accounts with Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD, to confirm or cancel  the authorization until 15.12.2015. The Bank reserves the right to restrict the rights of authorized persons whose authorization has not been confirmed by the account holder.
