Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD informs you that as of 16.09.2021 there will be changes in the "General Terms and conditions for payment accounts and services, debit cards and Raiffeisen ONLINE for private individuals ".

This change is related to:

1. A new section IX.6 Payments of insurance sums to "UNIQA Life Insurance Company " AD through Raiffeisen Online has been added.
2. Article 178.2.9 regulating the possibility of opening a term deposit through Raiffeisen Online has been removed.
3. New Articles 34, 35 and 36 have been added, regulating the right of the bank to refuse to execute a payment order in certain cases.
4. Requirements are added for the methods and term for submission of valid documents for identification of a Client to the Bank in order to comply with the provisions of the Measures against money laundering and terrorist financing, determined by the national and European legislation, as well as the respective actions taken in case of non-compliance with the described conditions.
5. Introduces contractual mechanisms in the relations between the bank and its clients in cases when clients, transactions or assets are subject to restrictive or sanction measures.
