Changes in General terms and conditions for the providing of payment services, debit cards and Raiffeisen ONLINE to legal entities, in force by 22.02.2021

Dear clients,
Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD informs you that as of 22.02.2021 changes in the General Terms and conditions for the providing of payment services, debit cards and Raiffeisen ONLINE to legal entities will enter in force. After the changes enters into force, the authorizations of transactions in the online banking platform will continue to be performed via SMS notification, hardware or software token and different transaction thresholds will apply depending on the type of security device.
Current clients using some of the payment services/products, who are affected by the aforementioned changes, are entitled to inform Raiffiesenbank (Bulgaria) EAD about their disagreement with the changes prior to 22.02.2021 in written at any branch of the Bank and to terminate their contracts for payment services/products without having to pay any expenses and/or compensation commissions in reference to the termination.
