Changes in the Tariff for Legal Entities and Sole Traders, as of 15.11.2021

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you that as of 15.11.2021 the following changes in the Tariff for fees and commissions of Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD for Legal Entities and Sole Traders will come into force:

Changes in fees for Cash Transactions:

  • Cash deposit of banknotes – Increase of the fee for operations in BGN currency from 0.2% to 0.3%;
  • Cash deposit of coins – Increase of the fee from 3% to 5%;
  • Cash payment by third parties’ private individuals and corporates in favour of Bank’s corporate customers:
    • oof banknotes - Increase of the fee for operations in BGN currency from 0.2% to 0.4% in FCY currency from 0.35% to 0.4%.
    • oof coins - Increase of the fee from 3% to 6%
  • Cash withdrawals of banknotes of accounts and from Term deposits - Increase of the fee for operations in BGN currency from 0.4% to 0.55% and in FCY currency from 0.55% to 0.6%;
  • Cash withdrawals of cash previously ordered but not withdrawn (banknotes and coins) - Increase of the fee for operations in BGN currency from 0.4% to 0.6% and in FCY currency frоm 0.55% to 0.65%;
  • Cash withdrawals of amounts with no pre-notice for amounts over BGN 5,000 / EUR 3,000 - Increase of the fee for operations in BGN currency from 0.5% to 0.6% and in FCY currency form 0.6% to 0.65%;

Increase of the fees for payments (ordinary payments and Direct debit) ordered electronically from BGN 0.50 to BGN 0.60

Increase of the maximum and minimum of the fee for incoming payments different than EUR from countries inside EEA from 0.07%, min EUR 7, max EUR 100 to 0.1%, min. EUR 10, max. EUR 200

Adding a new product "Safeguarding account" for PSP companies:

  • Opening of Account (in BGN and FCY)– by arrangement
  • Minimum Balance required - BGN 50 / EUR 75
  • Maintenance of Account - by arrangement
  • Closing of Account according – BGN 30 / EUR 30

Adding a new fee for Account Balance Fee for Liabilities as of 31.12.20 (one of fee) for Legal entities/Corporate clients and Financial Institutions. Applicable for liabilities over BGN 400 000 - 0.65% on daily balance on Client level (balances of all types of accounts and deposits) above non-taxable threshold, payable on the first working day after 31.12.2021. The currencies different that BGN are calculated as per the BNB reference exchange rates for the respective currency. The fee is in addition to the current Account Balance Fee;
