Dear Customers,

Due to transition to new and improved card platform, starting as of 17 June 2015 Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD will gradually renew its card portfolio with new contactless credit cards with chip.

The new contactless credit cards have advanced functionalities, the major of which are the possibility of contactless payments and the automatic registration for 3-D Secure code for payments on the Internet.

With regard to the renewal of its portfolio, Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD terminates the issuing of credit cards, as follows:

1. Visa Classic and BILLA Visa Classic as of 17 June 2015
2. RaiCARD, MasterCard Standard, MasterCard Gold, Visa Gold, UNIQA MasterCard as of 17 July 2015

The servicing of the already issued credit cards will continue until their expiry date. For those products in force remains the last amendment of the Frame agreement for MasterCard and Visa, Framework contract for RaiCARD and respectively the Frame contract for UNIQA MasterCard.

Upon the expiry date of the cards or prior it upon your request, the old credit cards will be reissued as improved cards of a new generation - contactless credit cards with chip. For your convenience, an employee of Raiffeisen DIRECT will contact you via telephone in order to clarify at which bank office you prefer to receive your new credit card.
