In order to improve our customers’ information security and to be compliant with PSDII, Raiffeisebank intends to introduce a regular password change for Raiffeisen ONLINE and the mobile app RaiMobile. As an additional signing security device Raiffeisebank introduces the Software Token. The Token can be activated via Raiffeisen ONLINE with no need to attend a Raiffeisenbank’s branch.
