Herewith we would like to inform you that as of 17.02.2020 there is a new “General Terms and Conditions for Providing Payment Services and Raiffeisen online for Legal Entities”. The change is due adding of a new sentence in chapter III. PAYMENT ACCOUNT OPENING in point 7.4. When authorizing for disposal operations with fixed-term deposits, the power of attorney must be notarized.
