Regarding the transition to work in the new infrastructure of BISERA6, maintained by BORICA, we would like to inform you about the method of receiving and processing of payments in BGN on Friday, 28.01.2022.

Submitting and processing of local currency payments

Deadline for acceptance of customer payments with value date 28.01.2022:

• Cut-off time for submitting paper-based payments for execution through BISERA and RINGS with value date 28.01.2022 – 11:00 AM.
• Cut-off time for electronically ordered payments for execution through BISERA with value date 28.01.2022 – 14:00 PM.
• Cut-off time for electronically ordered payments for execution through RINGS with value date 28.01.2022 – 15:30 PM.
• Paper-based intrabank payment orders in BGN need to be submitted until 17:00 AM for execution on the same working day.
• Electronically ordered intrabank payments in BGN need to be submitted until 22:00 for execution on the same working day.

Electronically ordered payments through BISERA and RINGS submitted for execution after the above indicated cut-off times, will be executed on 31.01.2022.

Please note that we will not be able to execute interbank credit transfers (non-budgetary) in BGN, ordered electronically for execution through BISERA, for which there are no sufficient funds at 14:00. Such transfers should be ordered again after crediting the accounts with sufficient funds.

All direct debits for which there was no sufficient fund at 12:00 will be refused.
