Termination of the service "Raiffeisen Electronic Statements", as of 15.10.2021

Dear Clients,
We would like to inform you that as of 15.10.2021, Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD will stop offering and maintaining the service "Raiffeisen Electronic Statements", available through the platform statements.rbb.bg, for new and existing customers.
After the date (15.10.2021) you will be able to access your statements through the platform of Raiffeisen ONLINE.
For more information on how to activate your Raiffeisen ONLINE account, you can contact the employees in the offices of Raiffeisenbank, your personal banker and Relationship Manager, as well as the Contact Center:
- 0700 10,000 (Vivacom) at the cost of a local call
- 1721 (A1 and Telenor) without tariff increase
