Changes to the General Terms and Conditions of UBB AD for payment services for Individual clients

Dear Customers,

We hereby inform you of changes to the General Terms and Conditions of UBB AD for payment services for Individual Clients, effective as of 23 October 2026.

The changes are related to:

• Amendment to Section 7.1 – A reference has been added to the User guide for UBB Online Banking for Individual clients as a source of information regarding changes, updates, and functionalities of the UBB online banking service.
