Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that as of 22.12.2025 UBB amends the General Terms and Conditions applicable to the contracts with clients for the provision of investment and/or additional services related to financial instruments.

The amendments are related to new paragraph 2 to Article 5 in Chapter Three, Section I and concern the review of the bank's customers under the Anti-Money Laundering Measures Act.
