Dear clients,

We would like to inform you about upcoming changes in the "United Bulgarian Bank" AD Tariff for fees and commissions for individuals, which you can familiarize yourself with in any office of "United Bulgarian Bank"" AD and on the bank's website ubb.bg here. The changes come into force as of 09.10.2023. and are as follows:

1. The offer of the following products for new customers is discontinued:

• "Premium" saving account;
• "Premium Gold" program;
• "Premium Platinum" program;
• Account "For every day";
• Account "For pension";
• Account "For students";
• Account "For students and youngsters"

The conditions for the above products are preserved according to the respective contracts.

2. In Chapter III. Fund transfers, a change was made in the amount of the "Fee for manual processing of an incoming foreign currency transfer due to non-specified IBAN", from BGN 10 to BGN 20.

3. In Chapter II. Cash operations, a change has been made to the Service "Foreign currency exchange at the cash desk (cash desk)” and accordingly, after the date of entry into force of the changes in the Tariff, the bank will provide this service in relation to the following currencies: BGN, EUR , USD, GBP and CHF.

The current customers of the bank, using a service/product, the terms of which are changed with the above-described change in the Tariff and General Terms and Conditions, have the right, before the date of its entry into force, to apply in written at an office of "UNITED BULGARIAN BANK" AD their disagreement with the relevant change and to terminate the contract for the use of the relevant service/product without owing costs and/or compensation in connection with the termination. If the customers have not expressed their disagreement, the changes are considered accepted.
