The variable interest rate for the remaining term of the loan is formed as the sum of UBB's RIR and a fixed surcharge. RIR is changed according to the Methodology available on the UBB website. After the expiration of the fixed interest period, the interest rate is formed based on the current value of the RIR, calculated according to the Methodology and accepted by UBB as of March 1/September 1 for the year of transition to a variable interest rate.
