The grant scheme amounting to 6.5 Million Euro is part of the part of the second Global Loan between Raiffeisenbank and EIB to the amount of 20 Million Euro for financing Small and Medium Enterprises signed in March 2004.

The BRC General Director, Dr. Sofia Stoimenova and the Raiffeisenbank’s Executive General Manager, Mr. Momtchil Andreev visited the Home for children and youngsters “Asen Zlatarov” in Sofia as a part of the charity action.

The repayment period has been prolonged from 48 months and now it can be up to 60 months, and the interest rates are already between 8.5% and 9,5%, depending on the term of the loan

The capital increase is to support the dynamic development of Raiffeisenbank on the Bulgarian market.

The clients of Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD can receive a preliminary approval for customer loans within 15 minutes over the telephone calling Raiffeisendirect at 0700 10 000, at the cost of a local phone call.

The interests are defined according to the duration of the re-payment period. The bank finances up to 80% of the market cost of the mortgaged property, with 12 month grace period.
