Three international awards for UBB's communications

Over the elapsed year UBB won three international awards from prestigious competitions for communications and management. The international business awards - Stevie® Awards - distinguished the Team Blue Vertical Run to the Moon campaign with the bronze in the PR Campaign of the Year - Arts and Entertainment category for the 24-floor up and down vertical competition at UBB Head Office. Winners were selected out of more than 4000 nominations from 74 countries.
The same initiative was ranked among the finalists in the Communication to Employees category at the 2019 SABRE Awards EMEA for Europe, Middle East and Africa. The other finalists were from the oil, pharmaceutical and automotive industries in Germany, Saudi Arabia and the UK.
The transformation of a bank branch into a UBB Gallery was the other project, which received an international recognition in the Urban Regeneration Projects category of the Emerging Europe awards at a ceremony in London. Winners in 15 different categories were selected, including the Chairperson of the International Monetary Fund Kristalina Georgieva, as well as the Prime Ministers of Greece and North Macedonia – Alexis Tsipras and Zoran Zaev - for their significant contribution to the development of Europe.
